For early childhood, the family represents the most important institution of moral education. It constitutes the original school of humanity.

Judicial statistics reveal that most delinquents and children in correctional institutions have been deprived of real parental assistance and involvement in their development.

Within each family, both discipline and initiative are taught. The feeling of justice, love, dignity, respect, but also the feeling of sacrifice is cultivated frequently. All this constitutes the basic elements of every social life.

The main factor that shapes each person towards a multi-directional perspective is the family.

The family has the duty and purpose to introduce each child within the values of the reference group, to form the first behaviors and to internalize elementary moods.

What every family has to do is to form more than inform.

Each child learns from his immediate environment the first impressions, with the help of which he can form his behaviors through mimicry and direct socialization.

At the moment, they are found in Romania a lot of families who need a solid education. For this reason, their material and spiritual condition is precarious.

Family – Shelter of Human Needs

Basic and physiological needs are very important, as is the need for love, belonging and security. All these needs, which Maslow categorized, represent type D needs. They often appear through lack and push each person to seek satisfaction; they depend on others, family members or those around them.

A family in which the bonds between members are not grounded in love and respect cannot provide the environment conducive to the satisfaction of human needs and normal development.
